Denise Cadet, Registered Nurse, has been facilitating in the healing of others for over 15 years. Hailing from Haiti, Denise, came to the U.S. as a young teenager, and later graduated from Howard University with a bachelor’s degree in Science. She aspired to, and earned her Nursing degree. Upon working and caring for others for 2 years, Denise realized her dream of, and appreciation for, educating her patients about correct nutrition and the way to live a healthy life.
Pursuing a culinary degree, Denise learned that food and different cultures when combined, have a significant impact on our physical state. With that important information, she has become a certified health coach, working with and helping her clients achieve a path to wellness while implementing a more holistic approach to their best health. As a health coach, Denise assists her clients as they attain the highest reward…ideal well-being. Denise’s clients obtain their optimum health/fitness level by including, and executing a daily regimen that brings them to where they need to be, ultimately achieving their true, wholesome, and practical goals.
As an educator within the realm of healing, Denise is most passionate about the work of nurses in the health-provider arena. Nurses, with a rigorous schedule, may tire, losing focus, vitality, strength, and drive. Denise seeks to relieve her clients, and replace his or her lethargy with vigor, a wholesome lifestyle, and allow for their own passion for helping heal, for encouraging and for caring.
